Barden Cooke

bardenBarden Cooke earned his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College in 1972 and his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1976. A member of the Greensboro and North Carolina Bar Associations, he served on the board of the Greensboro association from 2002 to 2005. In addition, he has worked a decade as scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 203 and served on the board of the Greensboro Volunteer Center and the Guilford County Family Life Council. He currently serves on the board of the Children’s Home Society.

When he is not practicing law, Barden can be found riding his bike up mountains and along country roads, helping lead the boy scout troop on backpacking and paddling trips throughout the Southeast and spending time with his wife Terri and grown daughters Christina and Laura.

Bill Cooke

billBill Cooke earned his bachelor’s degree from Amherst College in 1974 and his law degree from Duke University in 1978. A member of both the Greensboro and North Carolina Bar Associations, he served on the board of the Greensboro association and as president from 2009 to 2010. He was president of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro in 1993 and currently sits on the board of the state organization.

When not working, Bill can be found running with the Blueliners running group, captaining a running team on the 200-mile Blue Ridge Relay, constructing houses on Habitat for Humanity work crews and spending time with his wife Jane and sons Perrin and William.

Gail Ezell

gailGail Ezell joined the Cooke & Cooke law firm in 1984 and has overseen office operations for the last 28 years.

When not keeping Cookes in check, Gail enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering with her church and spending time with her husband David, sons Brian and Corey and grandchildren Matthew, Lauren, Katie and Joshua.
